RETURN POLICY

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please contact our customer care team within 14 days if delivery at info@posihome.com.au and include your order number in the subject line. Posi Home will verify if you are entitled to a refund or replacement if any initials faults are presented upon receiving your order. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a tracking service to return the goods.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
