Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that some remote locations may not be serviceable. If your country is not available at checkout, we unfortunately cannot deliver to that location at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and shipping method. POSI may occasionally offer international shipping promotions—these will be applied automatically if eligible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. POSI is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may be delayed depending on the local postal service.
Duties and Taxes
International customers may be required to pay customs duties or taxes. Additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in the cost of your order. Posi Home is not responsible for additional duties, taxes or customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. These charges are imposed by local governments and can vary between countries.
Change of address
Requests for change of address can be made via info@posihome.com.au prior to your order being shipped. If your order is not delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you may wish to have it reshipped for an additional $10 fee for Australian orders, or $20 fee for International orders.
